Shipping & Returns

 
Paksac Shipping & Payment Policy
No goods will be shipped until all payment has been cleared in our bank account.  This applies to all payment methods unless prior arrangements have been made with the Paksac Management.  Orders are sent by courier, regular or express parcel post.  All goods at customers own risk immediately upon dispatch.
 
Paksac Online Pricing
All pricing found on the Paksac Online Shop do not reflect pricing in our retail store.  To take advantage of our online pricing you must purchase online and not directly from our retail shop unless prior arrangements have been made with the Paksac Management.
 
Delivery Time
When you place an order with Paksac we provide an estimated shipping and delivery time based on the availability of your merchandise and the shipping option you choose.  Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form.
 
FASTWAY Couriers
FASTWAY Couriers normally provide same day or overnight delivery within NSW when purchasing from Paksac.  Please allow 2-3 days delivery for QLD, VIC, ACT, and SA.  Please allow 3-4 days for WA, NT and TAS.  Paksac takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damaged goods while in transit with FASTWAY Couriers.  Paksac may change without notice FASTWAY Couriers pricing to come into line with any price increase FASTWAY Couriers may impose.
 
Third Party Shipping
This option may be used when you – the named party on the purchase order, wish to use your own courier company to pick up your Paksac order.  Please indicate and state in the comments section the courier company you will be using when you place your order and any other details we may need to prepare your order.  A fee of $5.50 will still apply to cover Paksac’s cost to package and prepare your goods for shipping via your nominated courier company.  Paksac takes no responsibility for lost, stolen and or damaged goods while in transit with your preferred courier company.
 
Parcel Post
Paksac takes no responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damaged goods while in transit with Australia Post.  Paksac may change without notice Australia Post pricing to come into line with any price increase Australia Post may impose.
 
Express Post
Paksac takes not responsibility for delays, lost, stolen and or damaged goods while in transit with Australia Post.  Paksac may change without notice Australia Post pricing to come into line with any price increase Australia Post may impose.
 
Paksac Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Paksac within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  If you did not order the item or it was faulty, Paksac will accept the item back – but prior notice must be given.
 
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Any item that has been opened and taken out of its plastic wrap
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts.
